Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible—typically within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise arranged. If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from the total refund amount.

If you believe you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us immediately. We may request photos of the product and packaging to better assist in resolving the issue.
